Since 2013, ECVT has grown from a one-person operation into the largest real estate photography team in Northeast Florida, with a team of photographers and support staff dedicated to helping agents elevate their listings. Founded by Neal Smith, whose passion for photography and deep commitment to client relationships built a loyal following that endures to this day, ECVT is now led by Kelli Smith and continues to operate on the same principles: exceptional quality, personal service, and affordable pricing. Our clients include top-producing agents at Berkshire Hathaway, Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Atlantic Salt Realty, Summer House Realty, Cabana Lane and brokerages throughout the Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach metro areas. Our Founder, Neal Smith, had a passion for photography and was a motivated and resourceful entrepreneur, who built deep relationships with his team, partners and most importantly, his clients. Today, the ECVT business - run by Neal’s wife and family - continues to provide the best-in-class real estate photography solutions that Neal put in place in 2013.
